Thanks for visiting our frequently asked questions page, where you can find out all the little important bits of information that you may not have seen or may not be covered on our other pages. These are the most common questions people call us up to ask.

What time is check in and check out?
We ask that you check in after 2pm and check out before 10am. Special arrangements may be made in advance if necessary and you can store your luggage with us at any time.

How easy is it to get to and from Rome?
We run a regular shuttle service at a competitive price, taking you into the city center, or you can take a train for under €5. In either case the journey takes just under an hour. Late at night however, you’ll need to make other arrangements. For an airport transfer, leave us a note in the Additional Comments box when you book online and we’ll get back to you.

Is there a minimum stay?
Only if you want half or full board – 3 days. For bed and breakfast only, no.

What’s the child policy?
Children up to 3 years old may stay free in the parents’ bed, otherwise see our prices and supplements for cots and extra beds.

How do I know when my booking’s confirmed?
You’ll get a confirmation email within minutes of booking – this is your guarantee that your reservation is confirmed.

What if I need to cancel?
If you give us plenty of notice we won’t charge you a penny. This period of notice varies depending on the time of year – please consult the Terms & Conditions when you book.
